The focus of our approach is to work with our suppliers to jointly develop prevention based process control systems to ensure the most consistent and highest quality product at the best cost. We utilize "Best Practices" procedures while implementing cost reduction opportunities. We clearly communicate Schiff's expectations and requirements to our suppliers. This is accomplished through our Shipping and Compliance guides, technical specifications, initial business assessments and feedback on supplier performance in a scorcard rating system. The Sourcing Specialist is your primary contact who can evaluate your company as being a viable supplier to Schiff.

Supplier confidentiality is maintained by all Schiff employees in order to maintain high ethical standards, uphold professional courtesy and uphold our corporate image. Schiff's policy provides suppliers with fair and equal treatment. In return, suppliers are expected to maintain Schiff's confidentiality and conduct business ethically without attempt to influence through gifts, entertainment, or favors that would create a conflict of interest.
