The scorecard is an evaluation of Supplier Performance during a timeframe on both qualitative and quantitative measures. Quantitative scoring is based on the following criteria: On-time delivery, Quality, and Shipping Compliance. The qualitative scoring is based on Customer Service, Value and Pricing which is obtained from a cross-functional group of departments that interact with each supplier like Purchasing, Receiving, Quality, Research & Development, Packaging Engineering, Project Management, Accounts Payable, Creative, etc.

We do issue Supplier of the Year awards in recognition for outstanding quality, on-time delivery, service and support provided to Schiff during the year. Suppliers are awarded based on four categories (MRO, Packaging, Raw Material and Outsource).
